Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

The agreement between you and Looply AI: what you can expect from the app, and what we ask of you in return.

The short version

  • Use Looply as yourself: one account per person, kept secure and used lawfully.
  • What you add stays yours. We only process it to run the app for you.
  • Ask Looply offers suggestions, not professional advice — check anything important against your own records.
  • Paid plans renew until you cancel, and cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period you paid for.
  • You can stop using Looply, and close your account, whenever you like.

01These terms

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Looply AI for the use of the Looply app and this website. By creating an account or signing in, you confirm that you accept them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Looply.

02Your account

  • You need to be old enough to hold an account where you live — at least 13, or any higher minimum age that applies to you.
  • One account per person. Give accurate details when you register, and keep your sign-in details secure and to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
  • Accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.

03Using Looply

Looply is for your own personal organisation. While using it, you agree not to:

  • break any law, or use Looply to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
  • try to reach another member’s data, or to get around the separation between accounts;
  • probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service, or try to bypass plan limits;
  • copy, scrape or resell the app, its content or its data, or reverse engineer it;
  • pass Looply off as your own service, or resell it, without our written permission.

04Your content

What you add to Looply — your tasks, lists, notes, reminders, payment details, goals and messages — belongs to you.

You give us a limited permission to store, process and display that content for one purpose only: running Looply for you. That includes sending the text of an Ask Looply message to our AI provider so it can draft your plan, and posting a short summary of a completed task to our internal notice channel when you finish a high-priority task, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for what you add, and for making sure you have the right to add it.

05AI features are suggestions, not advice

Looply drafts plans, groups your day and summarises your payments, but it is a helper rather than a professional adviser. Nothing in Looply is financial, legal, medical, tax or other professional advice.

Automated results can be incomplete or wrong, and a date or an amount can be misread. Check anything important against your own records — the bill you actually received, the deadline you already know — before acting on it. Keeping up with your payments and deadlines remains your responsibility.

06Plans, pricing and billing

  • Looply has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans add features and raise your AI plan limits; what each plan includes is described on the plans page and can change over time.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Base44 Payments and renew automatically for each period until you cancel.
  • The price, currency and billing period are shown before you pay, and the payment provider collects any tax that applies.
  • Cancel whenever you like. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan.
  • If a price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel first if you prefer.
  • If a payment fails, paid features may be paused or ended until it goes through.
  • If you think you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it with the payment provider. Refunds are considered case by case, and a refund never affects any right you have under consumer law.

07Our service and its availability

Looply keeps improving, so features may be added, changed or retired, and we sometimes need to carry out maintenance.

We aim to keep Looply available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Reminders, daily summaries and notifications can occasionally be delayed, so please do not rely on Looply as the only reminder for something critical.

08Third-party services

Looply runs on Base44 and uses a payment provider, AI providers and Slack for the internal notices described in our Privacy Policy. Using those features means the related information is processed by those providers too, and their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

09Our intellectual property

The Looply AI name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Looply for your own purposes while these terms apply.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or build a competing product from our app, or remove any notices of ownership.

10Suspension and ending your account

  • You can stop using Looply at any time, and ask us to close your account.
  • We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service — with reasonable notice where we can give it.
  • When access ends, your right to use Looply ends as well. The sections that should by their nature survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law — continue to apply.

11Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Looply is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that a reminder, summary or plan will always be delivered, or that data will never be lost, so please keep your own record of anything critical. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, such as the consumer guarantees you have where you live.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or missed payments and deadlines. Our total liability for any claim relating to Looply is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country and state in which Looply AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before starting formal proceedings, write to us through the contact page and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a court where you are entitled to do so.

14Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of the page. For a change that materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Looply after that means you accept the updated terms.
